Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data truestateregistry.com collects, why, and what rights you have. It covers this website only. The TrueStateRegistry product runs in your own Azure tenant and sends nothing to us.

Who is responsible

TrueStateRegistry is the data controller for this website. Contact: contact@truestateregistry.com.

What the form collects, and why

The form on the pilot page collects your name, your work email, what you would like (pilot, walkthrough or question) and, if you choose to give them, roughly how many Azure integrations you run and a short message. If you arrive through a link with campaign parameters (UTM), those are saved with your request.

We use this only to reply to you and to arrange a pilot or walkthrough. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request, and the steps you ask for before any agreement. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Where the data goes

• Your request is stored in this website’s database, on hosting from WPMU DEV.
• Emails about your request, including the confirmation sent to you, are delivered through Brevo.
• Replies to you are sent from contact@truestateregistry.com through Zoho Mail.
• Visits are measured with Google Analytics, through Google’s Site Kit plugin.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see how the site is used. The site’s own security and form features may also set technical cookies that it needs to work.

How long we keep it

We keep form requests for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an agreement that requires longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it or hand it over to you. Write to contact@truestateregistry.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Norway that is Datatilsynet.
